Over 5,000 years ago, at a time predating all religion, Adiyogi, the first yogi, transmitted the science of yoga to his seven disciples, the saptarishis. Through Patanjali Yoga Sutras, the sage expounded 196 aphorisms, divided into four padas – four lessons that help us mere mortals transcend the limitations and reach the ultimate potential. Adityogi’s offerings are tools for individual transformation, as that is the only way to transform the world. His fundamental message is that “in is the only way out” for human well-being and liberation. Yoga in its true essence is the science of disciplines and living in the right manner.
