people are diminishing the value of their old age life.

The higher level of yoga can achieve blissful state of life.

Regular practice of yoga, especially as you get older plays a very significant role. The gentle nature of yoga coaxes your stiff joints into action, reduces swellings, increases mobility, builds strength and improves overall balance. Even if you have never practiced yoga through your entire younger life, now is the time to focus on your wellbeing through yoga to ensure you have lesser visits to doctors and hospitals.

There is no age limit for yoga; you can do yoga at any age as long as you know the limitations and do Asanas which are within your abilities. As George Bernard Shaw rightly said, “We don’t stop playing because we grow old. We grow old because we stop playing.” So let’s bring back the joys of movement and get back to living life to the fullest.
